4Contributor Application Terms

If you apply to become a community contributor through our Contributor Application Form, the following additional terms apply:

4.1 Application Process

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into our contributor program.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
  • All information provided in your application must be truthful and accurate.
  • Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection or termination.

4.2 Data Collection Consent

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

By submitting the Contributor Application Form, you explicitly consent to:

  • The collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Umeed Limited contacting you via email or WhatsApp regarding your application and relevant opportunities
  • The retention of your application data for up to 3 years
  • The use of your information to match you with appropriate volunteer opportunities

4.3 Contributor Responsibilities

If accepted as a contributor, you agree to:

  • Act in good faith and in the best interests of the communities we serve
  • Maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information you may access
  • Represent Umeed Limited professionally and ethically
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in any discriminatory, harmful, or unethical conduct

4.4 Volunteer Status

Contributors participate on a voluntary basis. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Contributors are not employees of Umeed Limited
  • No employment relationship is created by participation in the contributor program
  • Contributors are not entitled to compensation, benefits, or insurance coverage
  • Either party may terminate the contributor relationship at any time

5Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Transmitting any material that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
  • Using automated systems (bots) to submit forms or access the Service
  • Circumventing security measures including CAPTCHA verification
  • Harvesting or collecting personal information of other users
