We advise organisations on inclusive technology, we build and run our own platforms, and we teach AI skills to young people. The three practices feed each other: what we learn operating platforms shapes our advice, and our programmes train the people who will build next.

Solution delivery
We build and operate platforms ourselves. Umeed Connect is live in Hong Kong today, and 語MEED, a GenAI Chinese tutor, is in development. Both are run by our own team, in production, every day.
